ZFS Remove Cache and ZIL from SSD

When building the system - i have moved ZIL and L2ARC to an SSD drive.
Now decided it's not worth the effort and i could utilize the SSD in other ways.
So what is the safest procedure to move thos to the pool's HDDs?

It's pointless to move them to the HDs. Just remove them completely.
