Regional Setting are in the disabled state

Hi guys,I have a new installation of FreeBSD 14.0 and everything works fine,but on the KDE5 Desktop System Setting, Regional Setting are in the disabled state, what's going on?

Typically, settings like system time require root access to modify. And KDE tends to disable that access for regular users.
 
Are you using KDE version 5.27.8 from the quarterly packages?

I think it is a bug in KDE 5.27.8 - In versions before and after 5.27.8 the Regional Settings can be changed normal.
But not in 5.27.8.
I'm now running 5.27.9 and the settings can be changed normal as it should be.
