This is about the latest post of a series of articles in the "Blogs and Newsfeed" forum hinting to Klara Inc..
This is only the latest example of marketing attempts where an interestingly crafted headline promises something you do not get when following the link.
What do you expect reading, when clicking on a link "Disaster Recovery with ZFS: A Practical Guide"?
Do you expect a practical Guide for recovering from a disaster or do you expect getting fooled by a company to read their advocacy?
If you got hurt, it does not help reading about prophylaxes. That makes people angry because it isn't helpful.
And it isn't even a practical guide for disaster prophylaxes as the "article" which is not really an article because is a list of features only.
So what's the benefit of those "Klara articles"? Who does profit?
Call it what it is: PR Marketing.
