jails question about "bastille bootstrap -p 15.1-release" in zfs host ?

got a stranger problem in below picture...

.when i running "bastille bootstrp -p 15.1-release " , that is ok...no problem..
but when i run it in ZFS . got a error. thanks. please help me.
