Solved Quarterly and new packages

This recent quarterly is the first I've experienced. It updates a lot of packages, kinda expected.

It also wants to bring in new packages. What brings this part around? Is that pretty normal?

new dependencies for the installed packages or the default configuration options have changed. if you run pkg autoremove after pkg upgrade you might see some packages that are no longer needed.
