Problems with translation into Russian porter-handbook, section "port-upgrading".

Apologize in advance if I write about the problem in the wrong section, a more appropriate not found.
In the Russian translation of porters-handbook phrases "If you are maintaining the port, be sure to put [maintainer update]" sounds like "If you want to become maintainer".
Who do I write to correct it?
