Probably I/O issue with Internal DVD player and Peripheral Blueray DVD player

I don't know what could be to cause this issue, until now all gone fine...But both devices looks without power supply , after start launch, I have a dual boot notebook with windows 7 x32 and FreeBSD 14.3-p8 amd64, and it looks fine when I start with Windows 7 ,some time I need to switch off blueray player and turn on again due to a problem with the DVD player door but it's only weird thing.
