Solved pkg: rsa verify failed

So when executing a pkg update today I got this lovely reply:

Updating FreeBSD repository catalogue...

pkg: rsa verify failed: error:04091077:rsa routines:INT_RSA_VERIFY:wrong signature length
pkg: No trusted certificate has been used to sign the repository
Unable to update repository FreeBSD

I haven't fiddled with anything that I can think of since the last time I updated, which was a couple of days ago, so I'm at a loss as to what the problem could be. The packages touched on the last successful update were:

security/ca_root_nss
multimedia/ffmpeg
security/gnutls
security/nss
databases/sqlite3

Has anyone come across anything similar? Any suggestions?

I'm also getting this. I wonder if it's an issue with the mirror.

And all is well in the land again. It seems the sit-and-wait (er, report-a-bug) approach is the best solution to this particular problem.
