Orange PI3 lts and FreeBSD

I didn't make it as far as bsaidus, but I'm not interested in wifi. Using a serial cable, I see it got stuck during u-boot, which I fixed by preventing auto-boot and issuing:

at which point I can login and my dmesg output looks very much like Post 18

I cannot get ethernet working nor usb3, however. I tried (from another thread) in /boot/loader.conf:

but that didn't work -- perhaps it's not for the OPI3 LTS, just the PINE Rock64.

Not sure what to do at this point... I need both the awg0 device working as well as usb3 for the task I'm trying to accomplish.

the orangepi dts does not have "allwinner,sun6i-a31-r-intc"; which is the one that freebsd can identify
that probably causes the gpio to fail to attach (invalid interrupt-parent)

fix the compat string

I appreciate the help, but I wasn't expecting a rabbit hole this deep. I was under the impression this device was better supported. So I'm going to stop, as I was hoping to switch the task from another OS to freebsd. I may try again someday if it looks like there is a better chance.
