nekobox port refuse to work

i have installed nekobox port but it refuse to work , any help will be appreciated

logs:

[Error] Core: Cannot invoke method IsPrivileged, core is not running
 
It's an application to manage proxy settings, "Web and Network Services" is probably a bit more appropriate.
 
Did you actually configure it? IsPrivileged implies you need to start it with doas/sudo because it requires additional privileges your user account doesn't have.
