Your packages are up to date.
if I do
pkg -d upgrade
The problem is not solved.

Well, I'm still looking for a solution.
I activated a FreeBSD 15.0 BE without pkgbasify and ran:

pkg list > pkglist.txt
pkg delete -a
pkg update
cat pkglist.txt | xargs pkg install
Everything reinstalled without errors
pkg update
pkg upgrade
And I still have all these previous conflicts.
Now:
I'm reactivating my latest FreeBSD-14-3-p7, which doesn't have these errors.
I'm keeping the problematic BE for testing.

Okay, I activated 14.3-RELEASE-p7 (BE)

For me, it's resolved. I'm going back to 14.3 while waiting for a new upgrade to 15.0 next year.
