IMHO before the arrival of the mobile version, the forums were a little difficult to use in my smartphone, but now it is much easier to use!
This change is definitely welcome
danger@ updated the forums a couple of days ago. He also applied a patch that makes it work better on mobile devices. See PR 216733 for more information about the patch.
