KDE5 Not Recognizing my HP printer

I have installed Freebsd14 on my PC , I have a HP 401 laser jet printer DMESG sees this on
ugen1.3: <Hewlett-Packard HP Laser Jet 400 M401n> at usbus1
But KDE5 using the HPLIP software does not see it , i have installed cups , and tried several times to try to print but will not.
Help Please!
 
Is the firmware installed?
pkg info hplip-plugin

Are you in the cups group?
id

Are services running?
service dbus status
service cupsd status

Otherwise:
pkg install hplip-plugin
pw groupmod cups -m your-user
service dbus onestart
service cupsd onestart

To activate in next boot:
sysrc dbus_enable="YES"
sysrc cupsd_enable="YES"

cat /etc/rc.conf
