No, this source is very old and outdated. And apart from that:
plasma5 for FreeBSD is pure FreeBSD stuff.

You can find the new repo with plasma5 sources here:
https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-kde/tree/plasma5

I strongly recommend to use poudriere for building plasma5 stuff. For working with git you need ports-mgmt/poudriere-devel and also devel/git
Then fetch the ports tree, it is a full ports tree "head plus current plasma5 stuff", no merging is needed:

poudriere ports -c -p plasma5 -m git -B plasma5 -U https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-kde.git
Then create a list for building your plasma5 repo.
