Solved Install with 2 TB drive (non ssd, the spinning kind)

I am setting up a new system. I at the drive initialization part of the installation, I have a 2TB WD drive (mechanical drive). It has been on the initialization screen for hours. How long should I wait before I think it is not initialing. There are zero status or indicators that anything is happening.

12.1 RELEASE


SOLVED, took over 5 hours.
