How to load ICC profile?

I'm on RELEASE-14.1, Xorg (more precisely dwm but should not matter). And I have an ICC file created by Windows software using embedded display's calibration unit.
Now, how do I specify: "Please, Xorg, use this ICC now." ?

P.S. I see something called colord running but no idea how to use this thing for picking up a concrete ICC profile.

dispwin(1) from argyll
Not much luck with that:
Code:
jb@p1 ~> xcalib -d :0 ~/Downloads/srgbday.icc
jb@p1 ~> dispwin ~/Downloads/srgbday.icc
Dispwin: Warning - new_dispwin: Expected VideoLUT depth 11 doesn't match actual 10
Dispwin: Error - File '/home/jb/Downloads/srgbday.icc' is not a valid ICC profile or Argyll .cal file
jb@p1 ~ [1]> file Downloads/srgbday.icc
Downloads/srgbday.icc: Microsoft color profile 4.2, type MSFT, RGB/XYZ-mntr device by Eizo, 8384 bytes, 25-11-2024 14:17:55 'aP'

xcalib doesn't make anything visible...

If you still have the colorimeter you can make a new profile.

Looks like Microsoft has some special icc files.

Yes, it's an older EIZO that has an embedded colorimeter. I can do how many ICC profiles I want but I'm limited to Windows and EIZO ColorNavigator for creating them.

Are you sure the meter doesn't work with argyll?

Or maybe the Windoze software lets you save the profile as a *.cal file?
