How to create a bootable windows usb from iso using FreeBSD?

In my case simple dd for iso works and the flash drive now able to boot, but installer unable to see my disks (SATA) and asks for drivers.

That is precisely what I experienced and warned about some posts back. The downloadable *.iso doesn't work (for me). I had to download and run the iso maker program that MS provides.
