I'm using vnc ; desktop looks strange.. not understood anything, what should I do?

Looks like you are running the vnc server at a very low color depth (or the client is connecting at a low color depth). You might want to check the vnc man pages to see how to specify the depth.

Just because the server is running at 24 bit depth does not mean the client is connecting at that depth. What vnc client are you using? Are you specifying the color depth to the client?

perfect for vnc gnome, the solution came in the kde forum. Thanks to everyone, now I will not use kde.
