Solved Hot Spare in ZFS,how work?

Hi dears,
I Install FreeBSD 10.1 in VM , and add many HDD in it,and I create a pool with a hot spare:
zpool create pool raidz da1 da2 da3 spare da4

I remove da2 from VM , but hot spare not work, do implement hot spare in FreeBSD automatically?

There is no Hot Spare functionality in FreeBSD, only Cold Spare so far.

In Solaris (which ZFS comes from) replacement was handled by the Solaris management/monitoring subsystem which is a fairly large, integral part of Solaris, separate from ZFS. This obviously didn't come across when ZFS was ported.

There is work to create a zfsd daemon for FreeBSD which should handle hot spares. It's been in development for at least a year or two now and I don't really have any idea what's going on with it.

Only TrueNAS from IX Systems implements zfsd for production in the FreeBSD world.
