Help with internal microphone configuration

ThinkPad T14 gen2: the internal microphone is not working. I don't have any experience with audio/DSP settings.
Is this relevant: "Unable to trace pin 25 to ADC 7"?
Please advise. Thanks!

Currently this laptop is running Linux for pretty long time, but I'm planning to try FreeBSD 14 in the next couple of days, will report here.
However, I suspect it's related to DMIC, see this post.
