HELP! EXPERTS NEEDED! Xorg and any DE or related thing Hard crashes not just FreeBSD, but makes my PC fail to P.O.S.T and I have to turn off my PSU.

Just in case somebody accidentally stumbles upon that advice: this is bullshit.
I apologize for not stating clearly that the FreeBSD package for Rocky Linux is not available for i386, whereas C7 was available for 32-bit x86 FreeBSD 13.5. I still use 32-bit hardware, knowing that there is one 32-bit Linux for 32-bit FreeBSD might have been useful for someone not using a 64-bit machine. The comment was made before 13.5 reached EOL. I only use Void Linux and OpenBSD on 32-bit now.

The FreeBSD Handbook says this in 12.3.2
emulators/linux_base-c7 has been deprecated following the deprecation of the upstream project. This means emulators/linux_base-c7 will not receive security updates. The use of the Rocky Linux Base Systemis recommended unless 32-bit compatibility is needed.

The reason for that is that there were no 32bit pkgs available with 32bit rl9 libraries.
You could install, and can, manually install 32bit rl9 rpms.
One other big difference is that rocky is, as FreeBSD 15+, a 64bit base distro with optional 32bit compatibility.
So, and assuming that you are running a 32bit install, the only option would be a c7 install (this mostly only applied for 14).

When I turn it off, it just stays and doesn't turn off, when I force (hard) turn it off, it reboots itself and fails to P.O.S.T, which makes me turn off the PSU and boot into another OS, which is how I am even writing this.

Explain this please with bit more detail. How are you turning the computer off and what does it mean to force?

Are you saying that you cannot turn the computer off via pressing the power button once or issuing ACPI shutdown from console or sddm?
In that state, the computer remains on, and if you 4 second the power switch, the next cycle is a failed POST?

I did everything right...I haven't worked with FreeBSD

...err, what?
