What I've posted is just a fix for the customized ericturgeon's file as he was getting an error about that. I can't say if that solved the problem for him. Maybe we have to wait for more feedbacks.

Can you tell us more about what you are getting?

can you post your original PolicyKit.conf we can see if is the problem i have read a little bit of doc xml. I understand a little more now.

Sorry was unable to answer yesterday , but i found out where was my mistake.

I didn't proprely created /proc.
Now everything run smooth
