Getting back onto Bugzilla

My bugzilla password is no longer recognised and when I entered my e-mail address for the reset process nothing came back. I then applied to the address given to set up a new account with an explanation my previous account had disappeared and I need a new one. So far, after about 4 days, I have received no reply. How long does it normally take?

I cannot make a new account. Clicking the link gives:

To create a FreeBSD Bugzilla account, you need to email the maintainer of this Bugzilla installation at bugmeister@FreeBSD.org, providing a legitimate email address. You will receive an email at that address to confirm the creation of your account. You will not be able to log in until you receive the email. If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please try again.

Unfortunately, it became necessary to disable the previous auto-account-creation method due to the rise of AI-generated spam.
I sent the e-mail but there has been no reply. I have no spam folders. How long would you say is "a reasonable amount of time"?

I echo what bakul says.

In my personal experience, I waited about a week before pinging them. There's real people behind Bugzilla, they have a lot on their plate... Just be professional in your ping reminder, and you'll be fine. I did get my account, and did manage to file a bug report I needed to.

(Although, after a conversation with the maintainer of the port, I realized that it may have been on me to just leave the Makefile knobs alone on that port. I'm still grateful for the conversation I had, it was definitely not a waste of time.)
