AFAIK, it's pronounced letter for letter (eff, ess, see, kay). In Dutch it's not unusal to even use the Dutch pronunciation of those letters (eff, ess, say, kah).

i just wonder where i got the sound fisky from. it is likely that f(i)scky is more easy to pronouce that letter by letter one. the y at the end is from option y which is almost always used when this command is called.
Well, instead of shouting [a different, older f-word], just (sibilantly hiss), "fssssk!!!" like a big ol' fat python explodin' cuz he ate to many hippos.
