Ooohh..thats no bueno. If I have 4 drives in there, 1 is a spare and the other is part of the original pool, that means I've most likely lost data. Correct?

With RAIDZ you can lose one disk. Lose a second and the whole dataset is gone.

You have a backup, right?
(One of these days people must learn that raid-anything is *NOT* a substitute for proper backups)

Look through the import section in ZPOOL(8)()

Read and understand these carefully, as it can worsen a situation
# zpool import -D -fFXNnm -R /mnt <poolname-or-ID> -t newname
D-Destroyed
f-force
R-altRoot
N-Nomount
F-Force-import, discard-last-entries
X-Xtreme-rewind(with F)
m-ignore-missing-log
n-dry-run(with F)

If above does not work, you'll have to look at ZDB(8)(), which is a whole other can of worms.
