FreeBSD handbook & releng 14.0

Are there any changes in the handbook going from 13 to14 ?
Let's say i want to know what is different ?
Or is the handbook ok for any freebsd release ? or the latest stable ? & which one ?

There's only one handbook, it's continuously rebuilt from https://cgit.freebsd.org/doc/log/documentation/content/en/books/handbook in the style of "living documentation". If there is any version-specific info, it must be mentioned inline (in the text).

As soon as 14 is officially released, it should also be fully covered. If things are missing: Open a PR.

As i understand handbook is a "continuous work in progress".
Respect for the writers.
Why not give them credit by name at the end of the handbook.
As we can't all be freebsd-kernel-driver-developers.
I'm just a poor end-user. But for me documentation is key.
Even good software without documentation, i abandon it. [This includes libraries ...]
Side note, there are people who write documentation for free.
And there are also those who do it professionally (Michael W Lucas).
But both make my life a more pleasant existence, with less frustration.

Everyone contributing to FreeBSD is credited, it doesn't matter to which part/repository and isn't mentioned either: https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/contributors/

Again, if someone is missing (which can certainly happen by accident), open a PR.

If you want more detailed information (who wrote what), there's always the public git repositories to browse.
