FreeBSD 15 - Epson XP Printing - No Print

Evening Folks.

Brand new install of FreeBSD 15, recently purchased a Cheap Epson XP 2205 Printer.

I have installed
  1. epson-inkjet-printer-escpr-1.8.5
  2. epsonscan2-6.7.70.0_2
Cups is installed and Enabled, and running correctly.
The printer is indeed listed under "Available Printers"
When I add the printer, the Driver is available under the XP-2200 Series (ESC/PR) and is added correctly

When I print something from i.e. Kate, The queue on both KDE & Cups have the message "Printer In Use" and nothing comes out of the printer.

Anyone with this specific Printer, or have an idea on getting this to work, or where to look for any other issues?

Is print/cups-filters installed ? It's not installed automatically as dependency but it's often required.

are you printing over wi-fi of usb? logs hint you do it over network.

You are correct, it is a network printer
 
is cups_browsed enabled ?
it might be a problem to name to ip resolution
under what name is the ipp printer listed ?
if cups_browsed does not fix it try to add ip name in /etc/hosts
