Solved Firefox Hardware Acceleration on older intel GPU

Firefox has blacklisted X3100 GPU or older so you won't be able to enable hardware acceleration as it's currently blocked, to get it working requires OpenGL 3.2 and the GPU I'm using is only 2.1 and in order to use intel's own open source acceleration VA-API can only support from X4500. I'm currently using Chromium right now and seems to be working base from media setting it's showing to be using vpx decoding on Youtube and 720p videos is playing well but with increased playback speed will introduce incremental buffer halts. On firefox the same video will stutter and overconsumption of memory behavior can be observed.

You can share your experience also and let me know if there's any additional information that I'm missing.
