Just noticed that Oracle also revamped VBox's website:

In some ways that makes me worry that they are planning something... mean
They probably realize that with VMware starting to die, they are the only consumer-friendly *workstation* class virtualization product in town.

It does, at least my W10 VM says so. Still haven't tried, though, so I can't confirm if it actually works or not.

Usb 3.0 and in 2.0 mode pass to windows guests works! in Virtuabox 70(7.0.24): You have to install the latest(7.1.7-167389) test guest additions (straight from Oracle), thought.

Package 'virtualbox-ose-70' is in the latest repository, but not in quarterly yet. Is it likely to land in quarterly before the next quarterly repository update (which I believe is in April)?

I can confirm that it works! I'm backing up my iPhone 12 Mini with iTunes running under W10 in a Virtualbox VM hosted by FreeBSD 14.2
