Long time I didn't install drm-kmod, just dri-xx-kmod and gpu-firmware which I know what I know which I need them.
Now on FreeBSD 15-RELEASE I did and than I have 88 firmware installed, before just 3.
Is it okay to delete drm-kmod and than install what I need or live as is?

I see, that's what I am also doing!

Yes, I think it is definitely OK. graphics/drm-kmod is a meta-port that installs one of the drm-xx-kmods packages and all the firmware modules.

I used to install metaport. Now I only use drm-66-kmod. It works.
