I got after boot my laptop Thinkpad T495:
Code: 
[drm] psp gfx command LOAD_TA(0x1) failed and response status is (0x7)
[drm] psp gfx command INVOKE_CMD(0x3) failed and response status is (0x4)
drmn0: Secure display: Generic Failure.drmn0: SECUREDISPLAY: query securedisplay TA failed. ret 0x0
but I do not have problems with graphics programs. The system is FreeBSD-14.3-RELEASE-p8

Did you ever see that error before?

Guessing, but maybe that might affect HDCP on AMDGPU? If it's just that or nothing else important, it doesn't look mandatory.

I am not sure but I think that was someting ...(0x7), (0x4) but never the las to lines after boot computer.
 
I found one error more:

[drm ERROR :amdgpu_bo_init] Unable to set WC memtype for the aperture base
And I attached dmesg |grep drm
