Does anyone know what happened to NetBSD?

I hope this post is not too off-topic.
It appears that for the past few months,NetBSD team have been pushing RCs for their 11.0 release.A few days ago they released the RC6 for 11.0.
It appears that this had never happened before.Does anyone have ideas on what happened?
I personally wish NetBSD team good luck on solving whatever problems they have.

Not actually the answer for your question itself, but topics about NetBSD (and any other OS'es) are not at all off-topic if the question is about running NetBSD on FreeBSD via Bhyve as one of guest OS'es, and posted in Emulation and virtualization under Server and Networking.

Netbsd 9.0 - Feb 2020

Netbsd 10.0 RC1 - Nov 2023
Netbsd 10.0 RC6 - Dec 2024
Netbsd 10.0 - Dec 2024

Netbsd 11.0 RC1 - Feb 2026
Netbsd 11.0 RC6 - July 2026

For me there is nothing to worry about, it's just a long process.
NetBSD remains a project which works with a tiny budget ... so I imagine they have less pressure than other BSD projects, they can work at their own pace.
I believe the product is delivered when it's ready and bug free only, and since they cover a lot of arch it must be challenging at some point.
