Solved Delete ports snapshot

Hi,
accidentally I ran portsnap fetch and portsnap update commands on a system where I am actually using packages.

/usr/ports was not created by portsnap.
You must run 'portsnap extract' before running 'portsnap update'.

I would like to delete snapshot in order to save some space.. canI safely remove /var/db/portsnap folder?
Is it enough?
I use 11.1-RELEASE-p1

Thank you

can I safely remove /var/db/portsnap folder
Yes, you can safely clean the contents of that directory. The missing bits and pieces will automatically get downloaded again with the next portsnap fetch.

If you're pressed for space and you're only using packages you can also completely remove /usr/ports, it's not needed for packages.
