Cloudflare & Jellyfin Local Media Center config issue

I have configured a LANMC or LAMPMC, if this achronimous is better for you, a LAN Media Center with jellyfin and cloudflare tunnel. Well, all went gone fine until I would test nextcloud and my php version wasn't compatible with nextcloud, I have downgraded php from php85 to php82, and to give more pepper, to this mix, I had created thanks to suggestions of Copilot, a /etc/rc.d.conf/php_fpm.conf script to manage php_fpm like service, because it looks just like deamon,"I do not know, if is it the correct definition!" But with php82, php-fpm was integrated by FreeBSD developers, now that I gave you the general pictures of what messed up situation I'd created, I remove custom php-fpm script disabled and deativated all stuffs, restarted and configurated all commands inside /etc/rc.conf.

The page site I bought by cloudflare, gave me before 1033 error, with php82 and custom php_fmp, and then 502 error, after that I have remove the scripts and corrected jellyfin's configs files, I don't know why AI suggested to me to wrote ,not on default path, but here "$HOME/.config/ ... "

Before to ask to help me, you give some tips "to help me to help you", about which is the correct way to debug this mix of services, I just can said you "the reason why". I have an ISP OpenFibre with GPON and GNAT, it don't gave me a public IP, but just a private ip sheltered by this provider, so only solutions with my phone, or fire stick TV,to rich the server, a workaroud to solve this limit, were:

VPN Expensive
Cloudflare domain Cheap

Thanks in advance for your kindly and ready suggestions;).

Is there a reason why you need to use cloudflare? I've successfully streamed Jellyfin using Tailscale and tunneling the appropriate port to my laptop. Tailscale for a couple computers is free, and even if you opt for the paid tier for personal use, that's still pretty cheap and probably not necessary. I stopped doing it immediately because I had no reason to use it, but it was working.

If that's not an appropriate solution, feel free to skip the post.

The reason why! It's because my provider modded their zyxel router, just check how GNAT works, and you can obtain your answer, GPON fibre modulator is setting up to use a private NAT ip for lot of people and filter with a firewall line in signal, I can't rich outside my home without a cloud, my Media Center, inside my LAN ,no problem, but outside this is not richable, I hope to be clear, but to confirm and clearify your doubts just check online with an AI of your choice, yeah I knew about tailscale and AI suggest to me to use this service, but it wasn't enough...thanks anyway to try to help me... P.S. sorry for my spartan's english

Don't worry about the English, I'm following just fine. Have you been able to check in the modem if the traffic is being blocked there?

maybe is it caused by permission changed or config setting , with Copilot ,it looks to be on a child swing , a lot of advices and suggestion, so I'm ready ever to analyze step by step all workaround suggest to me by "him", the intent to grant to works throw its tips works at first time but I ask to much when I had idea to create a custom service with php82 and php_fpm, so after analize all things changed two socket was starting by rc.conf setting like service and daemon, jellyfin stop to works and doubled php-fpm configurations doesn't help ,lol, but after come back old configuration doesn't help too much ,maybe nextcloud wasn't primaly necessary for my setting, I just follow AI suggestions, and with php85 all was working fine.
