Build failure of graphics/{nvidia-}drm-{515|61|66|612|latest}-kmod{-580|-devel} on recent main branch of src and temporary fix

Intentionally post this as Off-Topic, as this only affects main (aka CURRENT), which is officially uncovered here.

Starting from commit 9820afb99e6f, graphics/{nvidia-}drm-{515|61|66|612|latest}-kmod{-580|-devel} start failing to build and this already started happening on official pkg build cluster. First offending commit above has MFC target of 3 days, but as of this issue, not yet MFC'ed, fortunately.

This requires upstream drm-kmod to fix (fix is already proposed by bz@), but seemingly need more time to be done.

So I've attached a patch to PR 299334 reported by O. Hartmann and opened corresponding review D60795 for interim fix. See these for details with the pull request by bz@ above.

The offending 2 commits are just temporarily reverted (would back after 3 days) to allow kmod builds within this weekend by bz@.

The patches would be required again unless upstream merges fixes and provide updated ports after re-revert.

And even if it's done, NVIDIA counterpart need fixes included with cleanups.
This is because:
  • NVIDIA doesn't officially support main (aka CURRENT) like this forums (supports stable and releng branches supported by FreeBSD project only).
  • Fixes for main is done by FreeBSD side and placed in ports tree with BSD licensing to allow NVIDIA drivers built / run on main.
  • NVIDIA picks fixes from patches in ports tree once the changes in main are MFC'ed to any of stable or releng branches supported after their internal QA process (or fix differently by themselves), causing long delay.
