Broken FreeBSD man pages portal

There seems to be some serious problem with https://man.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi - it displays just the beginning of a document as a wall of text with all formatting removed.

Tested on 2 machines, 2 browsers, 2 networks, with all plugins disabled.

Looks like an issue on the website itself. All manpages (even old ones) are screwed up.
