Banana PI BPI R2

Should I expect to be able use a Banana PI BPI R2 as a FreeBSD router?

The wiki includes this link http://forum.banana-pi.org/t/bpi-r2-freebsd-support-zrouter-org-support/7290 but the last entry in the forum is over two years old, so I'm not sure of the current status.

This insinuates it is a Mediatek CPU and we do not have support for them.

Not to say that 'Ray' doesn't have it running but I have not heard of it running on FreeBSD.

32 Bit CPU?? Forgettaboutit. Too much hassle to port.

Get you a Rockchip version BPi Router R2 PRO. That might get support as SleepWalker has stuff on his page for it.
I been wanting to try it.
