Any Solutions for Easy Mail-server Install & Config?

I'm going to HAVE to replace my current old server (running macOS) with a newer machine with a much newer OS soon. Soon as in 4 years ago, but I digress. Back in the day, the 'server' version of macOS has some pretty decent GUI management tools that made all of the common stuff pretty easy. Over the years, as those features have been removed, I've configured more and more by hand. Like firewall rules, apache configs, stuff like that.

But the biggest problem I forsee, switching to a BSD server, is going to be configuring the mail-server. I really don't want to deal with postfix configuration files. I'm hoping there is some kind of 'easy' mail server management software I can use? Or a web based solution? Or SOMETHING? I am the only email user on my system. So I need it to work and work reliably. But I'm not an ISP dealing with "customers". I always have a lot on my plate, and while doing apache server config by hands seems like a worthwhile time investment, mail server stuff really does not.

I remember long ago, there was a web based server admin software, I wanna way it was called webmin? Is that still a thing?

I don' have a freebsd machine yet, I'm going to start keeping my eye open for the perfect used/free/cheap box I can grab and use to set up a dummy server and see how it goes. If I can get all the main basics working and working well, then I'll start looking for just the right rackmount machine and finally upgrade my ancient machine.

Oh I guess I should mention, this machine is primarily a webserver, it also has a file server and vpn server, but the only "public" services are the web server. But again, I fully intend to set up everything else by hand, the only thing I prefer to do the "easy way" is the mail server.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Oooh based solely on the marketing on the homepage, thats exactly what I'm looking for. I will definitely bookmark that!
