Alizams package installation - conflicting packages

Dear all

When installing Alizams DICOM viewer, there are conflicts between InsightToolkit and lp_solve, that force to remove Libreoffice.

Yes, with 31422 ports there are going to be some conflicting ones.

Your correction (https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK/issues/4031#issuecomment-1874906393) allows building the ITK port with the renamed shared library (liblpsolve55_itk.so.5) so no more conflict with liblpsolve . Alizams can then be installed from package.

I tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE-p3

PS: You might run into issues building Cmake. If so, apply this fix https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=273661#c5
