AES-GCM missing

(devcrypto) /dev/crypto engine

Is missing AES-GCM

However SafeXcel that I have supports this and it is listed as supported. What would cause this?how can I reload the supported cyphers again?

Is there a way to add aes-256-gcm into devcrypto? I do not understand why it does not list it. I am a student and attempting to figure this out.

Can you compare the result of
openssl speed -evp aes-128-cbc
openssl speed -evp aes-128-gcm

aes-128-gcm is good enough for the IKEv2 vpn and it's supported both on Windows and Android clients. Anything above is just overkill for a home vpn server.
 
My guess would be 13.2 or maybe an unpatched 13.3. Almost certainly an EoL 13.x version (13.5-RELEASE has OpenSSL 1.1.1w).
