Adding a copy icon to code block

When including a code block in a post, is it possible to configure the forum software add a copy to clipboard icon like the one that appears in various place including the FreeBSD Handbook?

Manually copying and pasting is clumsy and prone to errors.

Not without using an addon unfortunately. It's a builtin bbcode, can't change how it works.
 
Poeh, after a bit of digging, apparently you can edit a couple of templates. But I honestly don't want to muck around with those templates, doing it incorrectly could ruin the whole layout.
