A tool like deskpins which runs on FreeBSD ?

Hello to everyone.

Someone knows if under FreeBSD there is a tool like this ? ---> https://efotinis.neocities.org/deskpins/

or a tecnique or a script that want to reach the same goal. I found nice and useful to pin something somewhere in my desktop. Actually I'm using KDE 5,but I could change DM if I find a tool like deskpins. thanks.
 
That's an optional feature of window managers (and an optional attribute for drawing windows in the source code of a program); While for a program this is just a wish to the window manager (can be ignored), a window manager can add this to every window - as long it's implemented in the window manager; So you've got to search which capabilities your window manager has, and how to access them. Mine is Window Maker, and there this is really easy: Right click on the title bar, and set the option"always on top".
