Yes, that is what happens to the main branch. It moves on to a new version when a new major release is made.

The wiki is still referring to 14-CURRENT and there is no 14 release, yet.

14 is in BETA/pre release phases at the moment, so "head/master/whatever you call it" is 15-CURRENT
