Oh, hey, come on, you've been around long enough, with enough experience, for me to believe that a report is possible.

If you're concerned about first steps: please don't be. There's a triage team to take care of such things.

Get on board, you need not be a developer (I never was), if you're asked to provide information that causes you to hesitate, just say so, someone will help you; if not in Bugzilla, you'll get people falling over themselves, in community spaces, to help you.
