Everyone is familiar with www/firefox and its esr flavor. There's a few other browsers in FreeBSD ports which also rely on the Gecko framework, and are also based on Firefox, which in this list happen to be security or privacy oriented:
www/waterfox
www/librewolf
www/tor-browser

I've been trying to get wine installed and working
on FreeBSD v.13 amd64
Desktop is MATE, in case that matters.
( for what its worth, I did seem to be getter results with KDE Plasma desktop. )
Followed the owners manual:
as root-
pkg install wine-gecko
pkg install wine-mono
pkg install wine...
