    15.1 `/usr/bin/uname was not found in the database` same as `/usr/bin/uname was not installed by a package`?

    The 15.1 instructions say to run `pkg which /usr/bin/uname` then if it says If `/usr/bin/uname was not installed by a package` is shown, to follow one path, otherwise follow another.
