Monitoring if PF running with Zabbix

Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to monitor if PF is running using zabbix. Since pf does not show as a service that I can list with ps, I can't use proc.num Item Keys.
Anyone have a safe option how can I check if PF is running?

             -s Running     Show the running status and provide a non-zero
                            exit status when disabled.
