drm-devel-kmod can be built on 13.1-BETA1, but Xorg 1.20.14 (also 1.20.13) crashes while accessing amdgpu. Here how it looks like on my AMD Ryzen 5 (Cezanne) based laptop:

I can confirm that my AMD Renoir (4750G) APU works with drm-devel-kmod-5.7.19 compiled from ports on 13.1-BETA1.
