flameshot does not pop up

I only came across flameshot fairly recently but like it a lot.

Just recently it has failed to pop up when I click on its icon in LXDE.

In an effort to find out what is wrong, AI suggests running flameshot gui 2>&1.

This shows

Does this mean anything to anyone?

Dbus is definitely running.

Works for me from the "latest" package repository (flameshot-15.0.r1).

Searching for "org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop" in the ports tree finds deskutils/xdg-desktop-portal:

%  find  /usr/ports  -name  pkg-plist  -exec  grep  org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop  {} +
/usr/ports/deskutils/xdg-desktop-portal/pkg-plist:share/dbus-1/services/org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop.service

Though, deskutils/xdg-desktop-portal might not be the culprit, it's not installed on my system:

% pkg info | grep xdg
libxdg-basedir-1.2.2           Implementation of the XDG Base Directory specification
xdg-utils-1.2.1                Tools to allow all applications to integrate with the free desktop

There is this Archlinux thread from a web search on "warning: No DBus System Notification service found " : "[SOLVED] After update flameshot is now not taking screenshots."

Note: On my system, there is no ~/.config/flameshot/flameshot.ini in the user account the app is launched from.
