I think things like omarchy [which really is just AI harness + DHH producs + arch (arguably the least secure linux os) + dotfiles] are angled toward getting users to move away from windows or mac - which seems pretty reasonable - tier off the walled garden mezzanine and into the freeworld - sure good stuff - but practically I don't see or know anyone who does or has used it as their driver - test it, sure - but keep using it? nobody - It's a great introduction set of dotfiles to gain a linux convert - I don't think BSD needs the same thing.
If you are an individual looking at dropping an OS and trying to get into something different - you'd stumble on a BSD only as a "have you heard of this" - the people who make the move to a BSD as a daily, in my opinion have a desire to know and own and control their machine - that desire translates into some level of willingness to learn and configure things for yourself - as we see on these forums. always learning.

I remember watching an interview with the head of Rockstar Games - he said "You can make a clone of GTA and it can be awesome, but it still won't be GTA - things which people love, and really enjoy - are always inherently unexpected" (or sosmethign like that I can't remember exactly what he said)
Omarchy isn't unexpected, and copying Omarchy is highly expected - people like themes other people create
what I like about a BSD, espescially freeBSD (my laptop daily driver) - It's not trying to be like Linux, but it works well with a lot of what Linux has
Does the Tree seek to become an Apple or the Apple longs to grow into a Tree?
If freeBSD was considered to have an official desktop experience - I would think that's XFCE
